Update: Arrest in Little Rock Shooting Death

Update (9:30 a.m.):
Little Rock Police have made an arrest in Thursday night's homicide.
Police say Opio Hardin, 30, of Little Rock was arrested near the intersection of Charles Bussey and Minor Lane around 4:05 this morning.
He was taken into custody and charged with Murder 1st degree for the death of Torence Nelson, 37, of Little Rock.
Hardin is jailed on $100,000 bond.

Little Rock Police are investigating a late night homicide.
We're told it happened around 10:45 Thursday night at 4717 W 22nd Street.
That's where officers a man with an unspecified gunshot wound.
Witnesses tell officers that both the victim and the person who shot him were at the house when one pulled a gun on the other.
Police aren't saying right now what the motive is or details on the suspect's description.
Police say the killing is the city's 41st homicide of the year.
