Pet Blessings in Little Rock Sunday

Pet owners in Little Rock will want to note a fun event this weekend that they can attend with their furry, scaly, or feathered pals.
It's the Annual Blessing of the Pets hosted by Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church.
The fun begins at 4:00 p.m. at War Memorial Park.
The blessings will take place north of the stadium at the corner of Fair Park and Markham.
Guests may park in the stadium parking lot.
All participants are welcome to sing, clap, bark, and meow as the spirit moves them in a light-hearted and fun worship experience.
Each pet will then receive a personal blessing and prayer.
Following the service there will be a pet-and-people-friendly reception.
Donations will be accepted for Little Rock Zoo in recognition of the wonderful work they do and also in honor of a special "mystery guest animal" who will be a part of the event.
