Update: Man Suffers Shotgun Wound to the Head in Sweet Home Drive-by Shooting

According to family at the scene, the shooting victim is Brian Harding, 34, of Little Rock.
They tell KARK 4 News that Harding was working on his car in front of his mother's house on Neely Road when the suspect pulled up in a four-door car, then backed up, rolled down a window and pointed the barrel of a shotgun at Harding, who tried to run away.
He was shot in the head but is expected to survive. We're told he was able to call relatives from the hospital.
Harding's younger brother William Harding, told KARK 4 News that deputies at the scene told him the suspect was an Hispanic man who was driving a dark sedan.
Original story (1:30 p.m.):
A shooting in Sweet Home in South Pulaski County could be tied to a carjacking in Little Rock this afternoon.
Little Rock Police tell KARK 4 News that a man armed with a shotgun took a black Volkswagen Jetta near MacArthur Park around one o'clock.
Minutes later, there was a report of a shooting in Sweet Home off Highway 365 on Neely Road.
