Jacksonville Man Wins $75,000 with Lottery Scratch-off Ticket

A Jacksonville man has won $75,000 from the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery.
Marcus Butler bought a five-dollar "Mardi Gras World" instant game ticket that held the prize money.
He bought the ticket at the Crackerbox Store on Fourche Dam Pike in Little Rock.
In other lottery news, millions are up for grabs in the next Powerball and Mega Millions drawings.
Tonight's Powerball jackpot is $50-million, and Friday night's Mega Millions jackpot is $36-million.
