A trial date has been set for three men connected to an alleged hazing incident at Arkansas Tech University.

According to Pope County officials, Calvin Williams, Stephen Bender and Deonte Bradley (pictured, left to right) will stand trial in January for their alleged role in the hazing that left Arkansas Tech student Deshaun Scoggins in a six-day medically-induced coma and with severe liver damage.

Bender and Williams, who are not students at the university, were arrested last week for their role in the hazing.

All three have been charged with second-degree battery.
