September is National Preparedness Month and The Red Cross of Greater Arkansas wants YOU to be prepared. Go to their web site www.redcrosslittlerock.org to get everything you need to make a disaster plan and build an emergency kit for car and home.

Brigette Williams says that only 24% of Americans are prepared for a disaster and that most think it won't happen to them.

Also, it's time to send your nominations for 2007 Arkansas Heroes. Entries are being accepted through September 15th, so share your story of an Arkansas Hero!

Have a great day!
Tracy
