Little Rock's Mosaic Templars Cultural Center has become the premiere keeper of African American history in Arkansas.

But four years ago, with a renovation in progress, a fire threatened to take it all away.

Fortunately, its holdings were in storage, and damage was confined to the building, but it was extensive.

Flash forward from 2008 to 2012. Things have fallen back into place and the collection continues to grow.

KARK 4 Today News Anchor Matt Mosler spoke with Kenneth Brown, the Building and Grounds Coordinator, about then and now for the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center.
