Child Injured When Cars Collide near Little Rock Elementary School

A child has been injured after two cars collided near a Little Rock elementary school this morning.

It happened around 7:45 at 10th & Victory streets in the school zone of King Interdistrict Magnet Elementary.

Little Rock Police are investigating the accident.

The child, who was inside one of those vehicles, suffered what police described as " a bump on the head.

The little boy was driven by private vehicle just down the street to Arkansas Children's Hospital. His injuries are not believed to be serious.
