MuseumDisc.CrimeLab2007-08-21-1187714575.jpgThe Museum of Discovery's latest exhibit, "Crime Lab Detectives" was a perfect backdrop for today's LI VE shot.

Chris Harrison and Debra Pumphrey, Forensic Chemists with the Arkansas State Crime Lab told us that a lot of what you see on the Crime Scene Investigator type shows is accurate however a lot is not.

For example the actors and actresses you see on TV are performing many different "disciplines" or functions. In real life it takes specific degrees and talents to perform each of the 10 disciplines and that true scientists in this field only perform one of these disciplines.

Make sure to visit the Museum of Discovery in the next 3 weeks to experience this fun, educational exhibit! Admission is $8 for adults and $7 for children. $7 seniors 65+ and under one is free.
