Lunch for back to school

Chef Larry from Wild Oats taught me how to put together a wonderful Mediterranean Burrito.

In a whole grain tortilla he put hummus and salsa and rolled it up, put it in a little baggy and it was ready to go.

In the Wild Oats lunch box went milk an apple and a bag of healthy chips. It was easy, fast and was excellent!
