Hot Springs Man Wins $100,000 with Lottery Scratch-off

A Hot Springs man has won $100,000 on an Arkansas Lottery scratch-off ticket.
Ryan J. Ball bought a 10-dollar "Wild 10's" instant ticket that paid off on its top prize.
He bought the ticket at the Crackerbox on Higdon Ferry Road in Hot Springs.
In other lottery news, millions are up for grabs in the next Mega Millions and Powerball drawings.
Friday night's Mega Millions jackpot is $12-million, and Saturday's Powerball jackpot is a whopping $125-million.
