Chilton Oryan Blunt, 21, was bought in for questioning for an alleged inappropriate relationship with a juvenile who was assigned to him as part of his employment with the Youth Advocate Program, or "YAP."
A young man told investigators he and Blunt had at least three sexual encounters. Under Arkansas law, that is classified as rape, a felony charge.
The JCSO says Blunt admitted to the acts. He's being held at the W.C. "Dub" Brassell Adult Detention Center. Bail has not been set, and he is currently awaiting his first appearance hearing in a Jefferson County District Court.
Blunt faces 10 to 40 years in prison if convicted.
