It's unclear if that's what happened on the field in Saturday's stunning loss to ULM. But what is clear: the outlook for Arkansas' season took a dramatic shift.
"We didn't execute," said running back Knile Davis. "They gave us some looks that we didn't practice. We just didn't execute." (click here for the full post-game interview with Davis)
"We really had a hard time bringing down the quarterback," noted linebacker Tenarius Wright concerning Arkansas' struggles on defense. "We flushed him and he just took off and made plays with his feet." (click here for the full post-game interview with Wright)
The coaches equally shared in the frustration following the game.
"It comes down to execution and we didn't execute at the end," said defensive coordinator Paul Haynes. "They made more plays than we did. They deserved to win." (click here for the full post-game interview with Haynes)
