Web Extra: John L. Smith's Post-Game News Conference

Following Saturday night's loss to Louisiana-Monroe, the usually animated head hog John L. Smith was in a much more serious if not deflated mood as he addressed the media. (Watch Part One and Part Two of his news conference)
"I just have to give ULM a lot of credit," said Smith. "They outplayed us, they outcoached us, then they won the game. We have to do a better job."
Smith says everyone contributed to the loss and it's time for the team to pull together. He also said it's important not to point fingers and instead rally.
When asked whether the team could beat No. 1 Alabama next week, Smith was clear and concise.
"Those guys came in here and beat us," said Smith. "There's no reason we can't beat Alabama."
