Working out with the Fit 4 Life Teams was a blast today. Our Viewer Contestants are doing really well, check out their blogs and updates! Also today the 4 Team joined us, at least 3 of them on camera, Jessica was working the morning show...and they also are really working hard! Congratulations to everyone. Remember we only have a couple of more weeks until the grand finale on Thursday August 16th when we reveal the winner of the Bowman Fitness Club one year membership and 6 months of personal training with Allen Maxenberger.
