Disgraced former state lawmaker Hudson Hallum now says he knows what he did was wrong.
Hallum, his father Kent Hallum, West Memphis City Councilman Phillip Wayne Carter and West Memphis police officer Sam Malone all pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit elections fraud.

Now "KNOWS" it was wrong, hell he knew was wrong when he was doing it. All anyone has to do is just count the number of trash and criminal vultures in the VA Regional Office andf Central Arkansas Veterans Health Care System to know that. Does the end justify the means? Maybe not if you get caught or you're list of character traits no longer includes integrity. Thankfully, they were caught and the integrity of the voting process is preserved. Voter fraud has been an issue in Arkansas. Requiring ID at the voting booth would help protect against fraud as well. I wonder how many times my vote has been cancelled out by those who cheat.
