Governor Mike Beebe honored the Natural State's best volunteers at the Governor's Mansion on Wednesday.
The ceremony was part of this year's "Spirit of 110" volunteer recognition event.
Dozens of state agencies were recognized today for something they're proud to do to make our communities better places.
The Arkansas Department of Human Services logged more than 10 million volunteer hours in the last year, easily the most out of all state agencies.
