Powerball Sales for $320 Million Jackpot Generates $500,000 in Scholarship Money

Today's Arkansas Powerball drawing is set at $320-million.
Arkansans from all over the Natural State put in for their chances at winning the jackpot and when sales closed for tonight's drawing the total came to $992,865 for Wednesday alone.
Total Arkansas Powerball sales since last Saturday's closing numbers were almost $1.4 Million. In all, these sales translate to more than $500,000 in scholarship funds for the Arkansas Lottery Scholarship.
The drawing for the $320 Million jackpot is at 10 p.m, and there may be a winner tonight.
If not the jackpot will go up even more.
