A south Arkansas man charged with killing an elderly Magnolia woman entered his plea Thursday morning in a Columbia County courtroom.

Robert Harrison, 32, pleaded not guilty on several charges including capital murder in the death of 74-year-old Glenda Stroman in May.

Harrison also refused to waive his right to a speedy trial, meaning he could be tried sometime this year.

He remains in the Columbia County Jail without bond.
