A Fayetteville business owner was sentenced to ten years in prison for an arrest from April, but will serve only two years behind bars.

Bob Walker, owner of Flying Possum Leather, was sentenced on Monday to ten years in prison for having ten pounds of marijuana sent to his home via FedEx.

Prosecutors say the judge suspended eight years of that sentence, meaning he will only serve two years behind bars.

Walker could be released in just nine months if he completes a drug rehab program.
