The "Fab 5" weren't even in preschool yet, one wasn't even born, when the last US gymnastics team won gold in Atlanta.

Today we'll see if Jordyn Weiber can get over not qualifying for the all-around final and help her team win.

Michael Phelps swims in the 200-meter butterfly today, his best event. If he wins, he'll be the first man to win the same event three times. If also competes and places at least third in this afternoon's relay he'll break a world record for the most medals won by any athlete.

The US swim team racked up four more medals Monday. Missy Franklin says she's dedicating her gold to shooting victims back home in Colorado. Franklin swims the 200-meter freestyle today, with teammate Allison Schmitt.

The US mens volleyball team look to defend their gold against Germany.

Womens soccer rebounds after Abby Wambach's "sucker punch" Saturday. Today they face North Korea.
