A three million dollar investment paying off down in south Arkansas.

Thanks to a combination of city and state funds, Therma-flite, a major manufacturing company, is up and running in the Union county town of El Dorado.

The company is expected to hire nearly 50 local people for electrician, welding, engineering and craftsmen jobs.

"Where we're at right now is we're ramping up our manufacturing, we're getting our equipment in, we're expecting two cranes to come in early august, trying to get our equipment set." says Jeff Henson. He continues, "We're going through the interviewing process right now, we're hiring as we speak."

If you are interested in applying for one of the jobs, contact El Dorado's Department of Workforce Services at 870-862-6456.
