The El Dorado Water and Sewer Commission met Tuesday to discuss how construction is going on the Ouachita Wastewater Pipeline.
Officials say that 60-percent of the 26-mile long pipeline is in the ground.
The 9-point-2-million dollar pipeline is expected to be completed by July.
