Deadly Motorcycle Accident in Springdale

A Springdale teenager is dead after a motorcycle accident.

State Police say 17-year -old Edward Ray Menden died when an oncoming vehicle turned in front of him.

Menden was not wearing a helmet.

State Police say the driver of the car was cited for failing to yield.
