Petition to Remove Caddo Valley Mayor

The Mayor of Caddo Valley going to court next week and is hoping to dismiss a filing to have him removed from office.

A petition has circulated around asking to remove Mayor Alan Dillavou due to a crime of theft years ago.

The Supreme Court now says public officials have to be held accountable for "infamous crimes." Dillavou's attorney says it's not something to be removed from office for.

The court date is set for July 6th.
