$78,000 in Stolen Property Recovered in Beebe

Beebe Police Captain Eddie Cullum reported the recovery of numerous items of stolen property valued at over 78 thousand dollars. 

Captain Cullum and other officers of the BBPD acted on a tip and located the stolen items at a secluded residence off of Davidson Road in Beebe on Saturday, June 23rd, 2012.
 
The items recovered  had recently beeen reported as stolen and include: a Kubota excavator and trailer, a Honda 4x4 four wheeler, a pop-up camper, three firearms and an assortment of power tools.

Additional items stolen from other jurisdictions were also found such as a "Bob Cat" loader from Austin (Lonoke County), a 50cc scooter from Cabot. Captain Cullum said that the investigation is continuing and additional arrests are expected. 

Arrested from the Davidson Road address were: Franklin Wayne Darby, 37 and Kimberly Michelle Fowler, 41.

  Darby and Fowler were processed at the Beebe Police Department and then transported to the White County Detention Center in Searcy and held in lieu of a $100,000,00 bond each.
