70-Year-Old Woman Attacked in Desha Co. Home

A 70-year-old woman was attacked in her home. Now, police are searching for the person who did it.

McGehee police in Desha County say they were called to a home on Fourth Street around three-thirty Friday morning.

The found an elderly woman. They say she was assaulted, but won't comment further.

She was still in the hospital Sunday. Though police say she's getting better. we'll update you on developments there.
