North Arkansas "Party Clown" Arrested for Child Pornography

A man working as a party clown is arrested for possessing child porn.

47-year-old Thomas Harold Morgan, known to some as "Sondance the Clown," was taken into custody by Fort Smith Police after being arrested at his home.

He was taken into custody after an investigation found the material on his computer.
