Armstrong's Renewed Doping Allegations

Cycling champ Lance Armstrong is facing renewed accusations of doping.
The US anti-doping agency has brought formal charges against Armstrong, saying it collected blood samples from the cyclist in 2009 and 2010 that were "fully consistent with blood manipulation."
Armstrong posted a response on his website saying in part, these charges are baseless, motivated by spite and he has never doped.
If the charges are proven, Armstrong could be stripped of his seven Tour de France titles.

Edwards' Charges Dropped

The US Justice Department has decided not to retry former presidential candidate John Edwards on the remaining five counts of his campaign finance case.
Jurors found Edwards not guilty on one count, but failed to reach a verdict on five others.
The government asked to dismiss those five counts and Judge Catherine Eagles signed the order.

Hail of a Storm in Texas

Hailstorms whipped through Dallas Wednesday night, damaging vehicles and at least one local landmark. Hail as big as golf balls in some places.
The storm moved quickly through the area, passing in less than an hour or so, but it wasn't quick enough for some car owners.
Hundreds of vehicles were damaged, some so badly, they had to be towed away for repairs.
The storm also shattered part of the landmark marquee outside historic Lakewood Theater in Dallas.
