National Security Leaks

Election year politics and national security collide on Capitol Hill. Attorney General Rric Holder refused Republican demands for a special prosecutor to investigate how two secret anti al Qaeda programs were leaked and went public.

Republicans charge the White House leaked to help President Obama beat Mitt Romney.
Some called for Holder's resignation, Holder says he has no intention of resigning.

.lol or .Food, New Internet Domain Names in the Works

The internet moves one step closer to expanded domain names. If .com and .org just don't thrill you, hang on. Soon websites will be able to end in all kinds of words and phrases, like .food or .lol.

The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, or ICANN, will unveil thousands of applications for new top-level domains today. The deadline to apply was last month.

ICANN had expected about 500 applications, it received nearly two-thousand. Groups had to pay $185,000 just to apply.
