After recount, Lonoke Co Election Numbers Change, Results Remain

A recount Friday night revealed no changes in primary election results in Lonoke County.

Thursday, we told you Lonoke County Election officials discovered one precinct had not been counted in Tuesday's election. Close to 300 votes were not tallied.

Friday night, they had a recount.

According to the North Pulaski Leader, a newspaper in the area, the number's changed but overall results did not.

The Lonoke County Election Commissioner Chair, however, refused to provide the actual numbers to KARK Saturday.
