UPDATE: Driver in Fatal Wreck Charged with Negligent Homicide

Police have charged Demetius Brown, 29, with negligent homicide for his involvement in a deadly crash last week.
Officers say Brown, of North Little Rock, was unsteady on his feet and had slurred speech when they took him from the scene in the 1900 block of Cantrell Road on May 23. Police say while he was being taken to a police car at the scene, he was found to have a 9mm Beretta handgun. He was initially charged with carrying a weapon.
Little Rock Police have identified the driver killed in the accident as Maria Rosario, 40, of Adona.
A second driver was also injured. He is identified as Charles Crockett, 79, of Little Rock.

Heres what we do take this lowlife piece of trash out to the courthouse lawn hang him up by his nuts and let people come by and treat him like a pinetta and lets see how long it takes him to break open and spill whats inside
