About 33,000 LED clip-on desk lamps made by Chinese company Heshan Lide are being recalled.
The power cord can detach where it meets the clamp, exposing energized wires and posing an electric shock risk.
There's been about five reports of such incidents, including a child receiving burns to her hand and leg.
These desk lamps were sold at Lowe's stores nationwide. Consumers should stop using the lamps.
