Could your morning cup of coffee help you live longer? A large, new study suggests just that.

Researchers at the National Institutes of Health examined data on more than 400,000 adults over age 50. Overall, coffee consumption was associated with a lower rate of early deaths, including those due to heart disease, stroke, diabetes, infections, even injuries and accidents.

The reason behind the link is unclear and although researchers caution that more study is needed, they say the antioxidants found in coffee might be important.
