National AM Buzz: Two Arrested in Tulsa Shootings, Ohio School Shooting Suspect in Court Today

Two men have been arrested in Oklahoma, accused of the early Friday morning shootings that left three dead and two injured.
Acting on an anonymous tip, police arrested 19-year-old Jacob England and 32-year-old Alvin Watts.
The two are expected to be charged with three counts of first degree murder and two counts of shooting with intent to kill.
The shootings occurred within three miles of each other all about the same time.
Police believe the victims where targeted at random.
Ohio School Shooting Suspect in Court Today
A procedural hearing is set to take place today in Chardon, Ohio for T.J. Lane. He's the 17-year-old accused of killing three high school students and wounding two others in a shooting in late February.
Lane was to appear for a hearing on April 3rd, but the judge in the case ordered a competency evaluation and moved the hearing to today.
Today's hearing will determine when Lane's competency and probable cause/ bind over hearings will be held.
The case is currently still being held in juvenile court.

Over 200,000 tickets were requested via an online lottery and 30,000 were distributed to people across all 50 states.
