The Three "H's"

For weeks Governor Huckabees been pushing the fact that he hopes the upcoming legislative session focuses on three hs: health, highways and higher education. As a practice lap for next weeks state of the state address, he detailed some of his ideas for members of the downtown Rotary club today. Huckabee spent the most time tying the benefits of a more affordable and accessible higher education system to a boost in Arkansas bottom line.
