A Jefferson County Sheriff's deputy enjoying his off-time doing some fishing Saturday saved two men who'd been knocked from their boat.

It happened in the slack water harbor at Regional Park in Pine Bluff.

Deputy Tommy Holcomb Jr. single-handedly pulled two men from the water and managed to get them to the shore. One of them was injured from his fall out of the boat.

But in addition to his injuries, Game and Fish also gave him a few citations in the whole incident....

Deputy Holcomb got a big pat on the back for his efforts.
