Local AM Buzz: Man Accused In 2002 Conway Double Homicide In Court, UA Tuition Hike Up For Consideration

The man charged with a double-homicide in Conway eleven years ago is due in court this afternoon.
Richard Conte is accused of killing Carter Elliott and Timothy Robinson in Elliott's Conway home back in 2002.
His attorney has filed to have the case dismissed because some of the witnesses have died.
Conte spent the last nine years in a Nevada prison for kidnapping his ex-wife, who was also Elliott's ex-wife.
LR Police: Boyfriend Wanted for Questioning in Missing Woman Case
Little Rock Police say the boyfriend of a missing woman is wanted for questioning in her disappearance.
Detectives want to talk to 29-year-old Michael Curtis Robinson about 28-year-old Patrice Lynae Smith.
She was last seen on Saturday leaving her sister's house with Robinson, investigators say.
Robinson is also listed as missing by police.
They left in a grey 2004 Ford Explorer with Arkansas Game and Fish license plate number GF YIH.
According to police, Smith and Robinson had a history of domestic violence and Smith had filed an order of protection against him

UA Tuition Hike Up For Consideration Today
A possible tuition increase at University of Arkansas schools will be taken up today by the system Board of Trustees.
According to a press release, the UA system says the new funds will address rising utility costs, technology upgrades and facility maintenance among other things.
Last year, UA system schools raised tuition 6% to 9.5%, in 2010, it was 4% to 7%.
2009 is the only year in the past 27 when rates were not raised in Fayetteville.
