Ricochets Force Firing Range to Close

Arkansas Game and Fish officials say two recent reports of ricochets at the Camp Robinson Pistol Firing Range at Mayflower will force the facility  to close temporarily.

According to Game and Fish's Dr. James Moore both ricochets were reported to the firing range staff
in just  the past month.

Moore says the pistol range will stay closed while engineers check the safety and design.

The rifle, skeet, and trap ranges will remain open.

You may remember, a tornado damaged much of the facility last year, forcing its closure.
