FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - Arkansas concluded its final full practice on Wednesday afternoon before the Hogs play third-ranked LSU for a Friday match-up. The Razorbacks displayed solid concentration as they worked out on the practice fields behind Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium in warm, pleasant conditions. "We had good intensity and excellent focus," Arkansas head coach Houston Nutt said. "Thats what a Thursday is supposed to be on Wednesday. For a short week weve had a good week. Weve got to get ready for 48 hours of concentrating on everybodys assignments, because were playing one of the best teams in the country." Arkansas is coming off two-straight Southeastern Conference victories over Ole Miss and Mississippi State. Those wins have given the Razorbacks confidence and the motivation to improve as they prepare to go up against their fifth ranked opponent of the season. "(Our confidence level) has been good and weve gotten better," Nutt said. "Now well see how far weve gotten." Before the Razorbacks leave for Baton Rouge on Thursday they will have a brief walk-through and then enjoy a Thanksgiving dinner together. Junior offensive guard Stephen Parker missed practice again and Nutt does not expect him to play against the Tigers. The Tigers and Razorbacks will face each other on Nov. 25 at Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge, La. Kickoff is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. and the game will be televised on CBS.
