FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - Arkansas (2-4, 0-3 SEC) practiced for an hour and 35 minutes in shorts and shoulder pads on Tuesday afternoon as the Hogs turned their attention to fourth-ranked Georgia (6-0, 4-0 SEC). The Razorbacks began by focusing on the Bulldogs offense and their quarterback D.J. Shockley, who has helped put them on top of the league in pass offense. "They know the type of challenge we have on Saturday with a great football team," Arkansas head coach Houston Nutt said. "Thats why theyre ranked No. 4 in the nation. "Were getting familiar with their offensive sets," Nutt said. "One of the things theyre doing offensively that presents a lot of problems is they are very multiple, no huddle, option, play action and they have good receivers as usual. They have a quarterback playing with a lot of confidence and hes a senior." The Razorbacks also have to prepare to face a tough and stingy UGA defense. The Bulldogs are ranked second in the Southeastern Conference and sixth in the nation in rushing defense, having allowed an average of 91.2 yards per game. "Defensively theyre not giving up very much," Nutt said. "Theyre very selfish with their points, a lot like Auburn. Its probably the most physical secondary weve faced all year. Theyre tough and active and they do a good job with the run game. Thats exactly why theyre not giving points up." Nutt also announced that junior defensive end Anthony Brown is out for the remainder of the season with a fractured right ankle he suffered in the Auburn game. Sophomore Jamaal Anderson, junior Desmond Sims and freshman Zach Snider will take up the slack at the position. "Anthony Brown is probably out for the season," Nutt said. "I hate that. He was getting better. He tore a ligament from the bone of the ankle. Its a bad injury. Jamaal Anderson, Zach Snider and Desmond Sims will get the bulk of it. "Well talk to Antwain Robinson about possibly taking the redshirt off if necessary," Nutt said. "Thats what hard. You hate to do it, but we just might need him." Arkansas will face No. 4 Georgia at 11:30 a.m. CT at Sanford Stadium in Athens, Ga. The game will be televised on Jefferson-Pilot.
