If you have been affected by CDI's recent financial problems below are some resources that may be able to help.

The Arkansas Department of Labor has general "wage claim" jurisdiction for the deductions made from the checks that never went to the third parties.

They can send a claim by mail or it may be filed on their website (click here).

The Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA), part of the United States Department of Labor (USDL), regulates pensions, health plans, and other employee benefits.
