Central Arkansas Transit Authority (CATA) is celebrating 20 years of service this week; and as a "thank you" to the public, all bus and River Rail riders will ride free on Thursday, Aug. 24. Because the actual 20-year anniversary is Aug. 26 and falls on Saturday this year, Keith Jones, CATA executive director, said the celebration will be held on Thursday.
