State Supreme Court Says Homosexuals Can Be Foster Parents

Thursday The State Supreme court overturned a regulation adopted by the state`s child welfare agency review board barring homosexuals from being foster parents. That regulation was adopted in 1999 -- then in 2004, a Pulaski County judge ruled the ban on gay foster parents was unconstitutional.
