Cabot Is No Longer A Secret

They call Cabot the best kept city in Arkansas, but it`s safe to say the secret is out.
An estimated 1,000 people move Cabot every year. To put that in perspective, that is almost the equivalent of a family of three moving there every day.
People are moving to Cabot for many reasons. Real estate taxes are very low, the cost of living is very reasonable and people from out of state will say it`s dirt cheap.
But some will argue the city is growing too big for its britches, and with more people comes more problems.
