PHONE DRIVES LIKE ON TOP OF BENEFIT RODEOS AND RAFFLES BROUGHT IN 400 THOUSAND 968 DOLLARS.... ALL TO FILL A 368 THOUSAND DOLLAR HOLE IN THE DISTRICT`S BUDGET DUE TO INEFFICENCIES REGARDING STAFF MANAGEMENT AND UNNECESSARY PROGRAMS.
