A lot of people are asking if the temperature change we've had this week affects the way fish eat. You bet it does! It was 88 on Monday, it's 53 today. That knocks those fish in the head and pushes them back but after about two days, they will stabilize and start eating again.

Brim and crappie at Lake Conway are biting on worms and small minnows.

Crappie and small minnows are also good on Lake Nimrod.

Lake Overcup is another hot spot for crappie on white - chartreuse jigs. Keep your eye out: they've been heading for shallow waters lately.

Again, crappie are biting on small minnows at Caney Creek.

Bring out your spin bait if you plan to hit Greers Ferry, Lake DeGray or Lake Ouachita.

I'll see y'all next week!
