Tammy Seale went before the Post Prison Transfer Board on Wednesday to keep her daughter`s attacker behind bars. Almost 4 years ago, Seale`s daughter was sexually assaulted by her 3rd grade teacher, Brian Floss. 41-year-old Floss was convicted and sentenced to 15 years in prison. To date, he`s spent two years, three months, and one day in prison. According to Arkansas Law, he can be released in September after serving only 5 years and getting time off for good behavior. During Floss` parole hearing, family and friends of the victim asked the board to make sure he stays behind bars. They say the community will be safer with Floss in prison. Floss goes before the Post Prison Transfer Board next week. The board members will make a decision about his parole by the end of the month.
