Governor considers legislation requiring defibrillators

Legislation that would require all Arkansas Health Spas to have defibrillators has been sent to Governor Mike Huckabee. The bill mandates that at least on employee must be certified to use the defibrillator during business hours. Health spas include gyms, non-profit organizations such as the YMCA or YWCA, college fitness centers and martial arts studios.
