A Maumelle man is charged with the murder of a man reported missing nine years ago. Prosecutors charged Mark Hall, 48, with first-degree murder for the death of John David Lucas of Little Rock. Authorities say the two men were roommates when Lucas disappeared. Sheriff Phil Mask declined to say what evidence Saline County deputies had against Hall or a possible motive for Lucas murder. Hall was released on a $100,000 property bond. His next court appearance is May 4.
